Shipping rates for all international orders are automatically calculated, depending on the weight of the item and the location it is being shipped to. Free Standard Shipping and Free return/exchange is not valid on international orders. Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses. For international customers, please make sure our products will go through your country’s customs. We will not be responsible in cases where customs puts a hold on the package.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require 1 additional day to deliver.
Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from PUFF PUFF PASS IT are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Rush shipping processing fees are non-refundable.
You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website as long as the item is in its original condition.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage ($5+ depending on size of package). If your package was returned to sender, please contact support to process a re-shipment via email: email@example.com
