You placed your order during extreme unpredictable times! Due to COVID-19, we have been short staffed and only a few of our fulfillment team members are working. On top of this, you placed your order during our 4/20 sale, which is the busiest time of of the year for us. We sent out automated messages to all customers who placed their orders during this time, and we also had a banner that popped up during this time, asking customers to expect slight delays in shipment and we urge everyone NOT to use Priority Mail during checkout. Sorry you missed this!
Your order went out one day later than it should have and it went via Priority Mail. We have also been in close contact with USPS and they have informed of delays they are experiencing on their side as well. They are overloaded with packages and doing the best they can to deliver all orders but again, there are some delays on their side as well.
I'd be happy to refund your shipment fee if you choose to revise this negative review. We think it's an unfair rating of our services, especially during these hard times.
